We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, you can contact us here. Unauthorized return packages will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not accept a return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the 'as-new' and the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after the ridge bar receives your item(s).
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such things are not written in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- If the consumer causes the return, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific price should be based on the express company you choose.
- If the goods received are damaged or not correct due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging.
When will we refund or return for you?
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Change your mind will not be accepted return or refund items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com, which we'll process; no restocking fee for the exchange.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warm Notes: Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
