1. Do I need to pay the sales tax?

No, there is no sales tax on our site.

2. What are the accepted payment methods?

We currently accept payment via Credit Card online or Paypal.

3. Do you accept international orders?

We only ship your order to the USA.

5. Can I pay over the phone?

Sorry, currently we don't accept any payment over the phone. Please visit our website to pick your favorite items and finish your price online.

6. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We only accept refund or return if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back for a full refund/replacement. It would help if you shipped it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

7. Can I cancel/change my order?

You can cancel/change your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of you placing an order.

8. I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at support@joannbed.com. If the given address is faulty, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
